Any Magic card listed on TCGPlayer or Card Kingdom can be tracked - Commander staples, Modern playables, Standard cards, Pioneer tech, Legacy reserved list cards, pauper staples, anything. If it exists on a supported marketplace, you can set an alert.
Yes. Each printing (set + collector number) is a separate product on TCGPlayer, so you'd create separate alerts for each. Within each alert, you can add multiple variants (condition, foil, language) for free. For example, you might have one alert for the Dominaria printing and another for the Secret Lair printing, each with their own variants.
Absolutely. Draft boosters, collector boosters, set boosters, bundles, Commander precons - anything with a listing. Sealed product prices fluctuate significantly around release windows and reprint cycles, making alerts especially valuable.
