Update 7/21/26 - Stability issues have been resolved.
We're aware of intermittent stability issues affecting the following areas since this weekend:
- Product search and import — degraded performance and errors
- Alert editing — degraded performance and errors
- Price checking — intermittently affected; a workaround has been applied and this is now stable
Alert backlog: If you received an unusually large burst of alerts recently, this was likely caused by a backlog of delayed alerts being released once systems recovered. No action is needed on your part.
We are continuing to monitor and work toward full resolution. We'll post another update once systems are fully stable.
